"I am happy to announce I will be holding semi-private training
sessions for groups of up to 3 on Friday, October 26, from 4pm to 8pm
at Crossfit Gulf Coast. Sessions are 90 minutes and only $85. This is
a great time to have me help you improve your training technique and
address training issues, for those unable to attend the New Warrior
Training seminar at Crossfit Gulf Coast on October 27, or for those
who need a more personal technique issue addressed, outside of the
