On Sept. 5, tomorrow, Sue will not be able to lead the core workout due to a change in her work schedule.
Members (no guests, please)can still use the gym as long as the rehab clinic we rent from is open that day.
Frank will be away as a guest instructor at the Boxing Fitness Instructor Certification on that day.
