If you workout hard & smart on a consistent basis, watch your nutrition, get enough sleep, drink enough water and handle stress well then you can also be free of
a mediocre level of fitness.
Working towards an elite level of fitness will open up a whole new world of possibilities to you.
One of the greatest blessings we can ever enjoy in this life is to be healthy.
