Today went really well!
Got to do 2 CrossFit WODs, one was "Barbara" (5 rounds of 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps, & 50 squats each) and then a few hours later I did a 5,000 meter row on the Concept 2 Rower.
Both workouts were timed to make it even more fun :)
I have to tell you that Prograde Workout Recovery is a big help to me, especially on days like this!
Yes, I sell this stuff, but if I didn't use it with consistently good results, I wouldn't!
