a really fun workout today

WOD

50 Rollout Power Snatchs (timed)
Guys—75lb
Gals—45lb

• Start kneeling with hands on barbell, wide grip, then roll out as far as you can without your knees or gut touching the floor
• Pull barbell back quicky then do a power snatch
• Repeat
• Have fun
