What part of stopping for red lights don't people understand?
This is yet another incidence of total irresponsibility and immaturity shown by drivers in our local area.
Better enforcement of existing laws about this would help, or maybe a $1000 fine for running red lights, but ultimately people have to be aware of their surroundings (especially other drivers).
