Just got this message from Al Rosas, owner of Rosas Farms,
"Thank you so much Frank you Rock!!! We will be in Sarasota this Wednesday and we will stop by your gym there will be no delivery charge and no minimums! I will also offer anyone that orders a free dozen eggs and boneless skinless Organic Chicken breasts for only $6.99 a pound!!"

"Frank I was wrong on the price of the Chicken breasts it is $5.25 not $6.99."
