As our "spring cleaning" continues, it is our goal to keep the standards of training high.
As some places try to keep members on the books as long as possible, that is not how we operate here.
Everyone who trains here is expected to just, here's some clarification:
1) You train at least 3 times/week
2) You are coachable
3) You support all gym activities
4) You communicate clearly with your coach/trainer if something is hindering your training (ex. work, family problems, sickness, etc.)
5) You show an attitude of specific focus when you are training
6) You know it is not our job to motivate you (that is your job)
7) You know that laziness and absenteeism will not be tolerated here
8) It's one thing for you to lose interest in training, it's another thing for your coach/trainer to not want to keep re-starting you after you've been gone (again)
With those things being said, we will be dropping people from our membership who are not giving it their best effort on a regular basis.
There is no such thing as a "casual CrossFitter" in this gym.
If think any of this needs to be discussed, come to the gym and we'll talk about it.
