Why I can't stand "senior fitness", even at age 60

Anyone who trains at our gym knows that the "age card" can't be played here.
Don't EVEN begin to tell me you're too old to workout! That's complete nonsense!
Any reasonably healthy person can train and improve their health.
I have had quite a few inquiries over the years about "senior fitness" (whatever that means), not to be disrespectful of those people, but my guess is they mean do I have an easy training program.
No, we don 't have any easy programs here; however, we have training that any disciplined person can do at any age that will get good results.
I always tell people, there's no magic, just do the work on a consistent basis and the results will come.
Will they come at the same speed for everyone? No, it's just that simple.
I am considering a very challenging, but "do-able" program for all you silver-haired rascals out there; yes, that includes white hair or no hair, also.
The Hebrew warrior, Caleb, was as strong at 80 as he was at 40 and still whipped younger guys in hand-to-hand combat.
Will you have to do that? Maybe not, but pay attention here, you can and should be stronger that you are. Stay tuned for more details

Awesome Frank! At my bootcamp tonight the age range will be 15 to 81 (we have a retired Marine who shows up and does the best he can). They all do modifications on the same program. Our bodies are amazing if we take time to see what they can do. Thanks for your post...good words!
