Hi Guys - I apologize for the last minute notice & the group e mail. Steven Bowser (CrossFit Fort Lauderdale) was kind enough
to help me connect w/all of you.

I will be at CrossFit Fort Lauderdale next Sat + Sun holding my Underground
Strength Coach Cert.

At every cert we usually have a minimum of 25% of the attendees are CrossFit Coaches & Affiliate Owners.

My last cert was at Red Black Gym, in Austin, TX - CrossFit Central sent 8 coaches, CrossFit Woodward also sent
6 coaches. The year before, CrossFit Central traveled to NJ with 12 coaches for a private cert.

Would love to see a few more Florida faces as I rarely travel for my cert & won't be down in
Florida to do this again.

If you train athletes, want to improve your business knowledge, training systems, or, simply want to
learn more, beyond what others are offering through their seminars, I guarantee you will
experience nothing like this past weekend.

I lay my heart on the line at these certs and reveal everything inside my business with regards
to how I train athletes, how I organize the business, WHY I run it the way I do and how it can
all be applied to your business for greater growth and longevity.

There are discounts for buddy sign ups and greater discounts when the groups go beyond 5 coaches.

I have more info HERE, but a quick run down is that the entire weekend is training, hands on work,
the end of sunday is devoted to business discussion.

After the cert you get 1 year membership to continue coaching and stay connected as well as access
to a mastermind area for our coaches.

The discounts for 2 - 4 coaches = $750 each

5 or more coaches = $650 each

Would love to see more CrossFit Coaches getting after this, it's gonna be a GREAT
way to separate yourself from what everyone else is doing.

Even if you don't train athletes, these methods are applicable for ANY of your
clients. But, as I stated in my last CrossFit Journal Video, we should ALL be training
athletes.

Youth is a HUNGRY population and their parents are willing to invest.
They are the most fun to train in my opinion, ha ha!
