Saturdays are always really "fun" at our gym, the classes run back-to-back and the intensity is high.
Today we'll be unleashing the new Elite Gladiator Workout for those who can handle a true challenge.
Remember, the minimum requirement to enter this workout is being able to do 5 continuous minutes of Battling Ropes.
Bring plenty of water, have your brain engaged, and ears open.
