New Training Program for teens 16 to 17 starting soon

After consulting with CrossFit HQ we will be starting a training program for teens, sixteen to seventeen, on a case-by-case basis. Everyone here knows the tough training we do and the standards we enforce, that has not changed. We now can train younger military recruits (we have been successfully training recruits for over 4 years). The program is called Young Gladiators. Here's the overview: * must be at least 16 years old * appropriate dress required * must have had a recent physical exam * must have parental release form signed * all rules are to be followed, period * you can get kicked out of this gym if you are lazy or uncoachable
