SheRox starts next week

This class is for gals only and will use only body-weight exercises to improve your fitness.
Many different innovative exercises will be used, including Grinder Kord (not TRX) suspension training.
A couple of our gals "test-drove" it tonight just for fun
SheRox workouts will be Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-6:30pm
and Saturday 11:30am-Noon.
