Coach John Wooden said, "Players with fight never lose a game, they just run out of time."
As we ramp up the strength training here and the weights challenge each
person, some will be stronger than they thought, while others will not.
When we attempt a lift and miss it, it is part of the overall process
of becoming stronger..
If you make every lift you try, then you are not lifting heavy enough.
Never be afraid to load the bar heavier, just don't be stupid about it.
