Train hard, rest hard, get resuts

We're heading in to another day of training, and as always it will be "fun".
I think that word has been redefined here, since we all do some very grueling workouts.
Some are short & fast while others are long & higher volume; all of them are hard. All of them will get results, too, as long as you are getting enough quality sleep and recovery time, eating well, and handling life's stresses in a good way.
