Day #2 of Over-Load Week is about to begin

Yesterday was a day for pouring it all out!
Today will be even more "fun".
We'll be starting the day with Strength-Worx at 9am for 1RM Box Squats
then, Fat-Burner, CrossFit Striking, Underground Strength all before lunch.
