We are finishing up de-load week, which provides a time of active recovery for our athletes, and then we will go into over load week.
This will be "above & beyond" what is usually done (and that is very hard in itself).
Everyone will go to a higher level during this week.
Brand new people are advised to only attend the On-Ramp, Fat-Burner, or She-Rox workouts.
The Underground Strength, Strength-Worx, and CrossFit WODs will be extremely demanding (just how you like it right?)
