Speed and quality of movement

There are times in our training when speed is really emphasized. Speed is a vital part of athleticism, it is needed many forms of sport.
However, here we refuse to push for speed at the expense of quality movement.
Full range of motion is expected in every exercise, without exception.
Correct execution of each technique is also expected in like manner.
Practicing the best movement patterns every workout will bring quality results.
Don't fall into the trap of just going as fast regardless of technique (which is often the result of too much ego, greed, fear,or all the above).
Always remain coachable, and those  doing the coaching must always provide quality coaching.
Don't settle for sloppy techniques.
Practice correctly, and your speed will improve
