Eat, drink , and be merry for tomorrow.......
We all know how that usually ends, but I have a more accurate end for it.
I say it this way, "Eat, drink, and be merry and tomorrow you'll be fatter and weaker if that's all you do."
That is the blunt truth.
I hear many people say they want to get in shape, however, they are unwilling to do what it takes.
So they just stay in the poor shape they are in or get in even worse shape.
I don't care what the commercials say, you cannot have both, period!
Sabotaging your self is common in America.Being lazy and making excuses is how people rationalize what they think they entitled to in order "to relax" or "to unwind".
Hard work, dedication, and discipline used to be common in America, now they are rare.
They have not totally disappeared, thank GOD, but they are an endangered species.

Our gym strives to create a training environment that brings out the best in people, one that is conducive to positive results.
Next month we are having the "Strong & Lean" Body Transformation Contest.
Let's see who is willing to clean up their diet, train harder than ever before, and get results they thought were never going to come.
This is a co-ed contest and everyone should enter this and give it their best.
However, not everyone will, just the ones that are serious about results!
