Coach's view

As we approach the final days of the "Strong & Lean" Body Transformation Contest, here's the way I see it:
Novice Level--
Most improved body competition is a close race between Angie and K.C.
Most improved number of pullups has Diane in the lead going from zero to three this month
Advanced Level--
Mike is in the lead with a 108 1/2LB weighted pullup
Joe is following close behind
Anything can still happen, let's see who really digs deep these last few days.
