A few years ago, I had one of the top heart surgeons in this area as a client.
He was quite dedicated, and trained at 5:45am then went to do surgery for the rest of the day (and probably the night also).
One day he said to me, "Being a doctor is bad for your health.", and that was surprising to hear from a person who helped so many others.
He went on to tell me about never getting to eat a regular meal (if at all) throughout the day, always being sleep-deprived, and other less than healthy aspects of his stellar career.
I am not mentioning his name hear, but if I did you would recognize it if you were from this area.
He chose to improve his health on a consistent basis, and I commend him for that.
Others may let their careers and incomes dominate their lives at the expense of their health.
Without a proper prioritization in life, all the money is worthless.
Where do you stand? Are you too busy to be healthy?
