Gymnastics Power: Tactics for improving your all around gymnastics skills in Crossfit.

Spend 2 1/2 hours at Crossfit Gulf Coast with coach Aly Willier from RXSTAR and learn how to apply gymnastics and to your CrossFit training program. If you want to increase your agility, mobility, and the versatility in your CrossFit WODs, then this is the workshop for you! Focusing on effectivenss and efficiency in your pull-ups, handstands, and handstand push-ups.
This workshop series is appropriate for athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts at any skill level. You'll learn how to safely perform, coach and correct basic gymnastic movements in order to enhance your performance and reach your personal goals.
Learning Process
You will learn new skills from this seminar that are scalable and progressive, and Coach Aly will demonstrate these skills with safe, simple and easy-to-follow progressions that can be applied by anyone at any given level.

Takeaways
You will be taught key cues and drills to achieve effective pull-ups, build strength and stamina in pull-up execution, including butterfly and deadhang, handstand holds, handstand push ups, technique for muscle-ups and progression, and a wide variety of movements and techniques including these and others: Strength and conditioning, flexibility and core Stability, and ring and bar work.
