De-Load is over and Over-Load starts on Monday

Everyone should have had sufficient active recovery this week.
Next week will be a very tough week, and you will handle it just fine!
There will be extra heavy and extra ling workouts, plus a PT test and a power-lifting test.
In addition to that, everyone should be starting (or continuing) Aly RX-Star's Push-Pull program for muscleups.
Sleep well tonight and rest well tomorrow.
