This Saturday we'll be getting out of the gym and down to the beach for our training, going to have a little "Crazy fun in the name of fitness" ;
Each year we do this, everyone has a real blast!
It is amazing what can be done with a few simple training tools at the beach.
In the past we've done kettlebell swings in the water (not too deep, of course), human sled pulls in the water, Burpees in the water, sand sprints, Hoover Ball on the beach, etc.
It should be a really fun time! We'll have plenty of photos and videos after it's over, so check back!
