Pain is temporary, quitting is forever

I saw this quote again in an article by Mark Divine (founder of SEAL Fit) and it  is so true.
Sometimes that obvious truth escapes us in moments of what we think are "more than we can handle".
As we have people at times leave our training due to work move, school, military, or emergencies we understand it must be that way for the time. They are welcome back in the future, of course.
I don't consider them quitters.
The people who come in with the most big talk about what they're going to do or have done, are usually the first to quit or get thrown out by me.
These people are quitters and are not welcome back, period.
Remember, mouth does not equal action.
