De-Load starts tomorrow--Aug. 13

Just a reminder that de-load week starts tomorrow and all training volume and loads will be reduced during that time to allow for sufficient recovery.
There will not be  any double workouts allowed during de-load.
Take full advantage of what this week is for and you will progress; if you don't then you are sabotaging yourself.
No brain, no gain!
