This simple tool can improve your training results

For about a dollar or two, you can buy a tool that every person who trains should have, but probably doesn't.
A training log book or journal is one of the most vital pieces of equipment you will ever buy.
Here's what Navy SEAL, Brad MacLeod has to say about the importance of keeping a training log.
I personally have kept a training log book for the last 6 1/2 years and it is updated every week.
Every workout I have done is in there, as well as personal records in various parts of my training.
If you don't write down these things, how will you really know how  (or if) you are progressing?
