How to do a muscle-up transition

This is a simple and safe way to learn this movement.
Start from a kneeling position with your toes pointing behind you on each rep.
Raise the rings slightly on each round.
Take your time, don't be in as hurry to raise the rings too high too soon.
Two exercises that can help you improve your strength for this are the bench press and bent-over rows.
