Feedback from Leon (60 year old CrossFitter)

Frank,

Just completed yesterday's WOD of "DT", scaled to 95 lbs. outdoors, in the sun. (after a set of high-rep squats!).

Time was 26:02, with a pause between each round to walk 1 lap around building and catch up on water.

Once I touched the bar, I was able to perform each round non-stop.

After a short recivery, I have more energy than before I started.

I love this stuff!!!

Hope to participate in another special event @ CFGC in the near future.
