Late payment fees are now in effect

A while ago, we got rid of the late fees for those who were chronically late in paying for their training; however, since the problem has gotten worse we have re-instated them.
Here's how it works:
1) Payment by the 1st of each month is required
2) Payment on or after the 5th of the month will incur a $20 late late fee
3)If people paid on time this would not be necessary

Also, we have had problems with people giving us bad checks
This is also not going to be allowed
Here's the deal on that
1)Bounce one check, and you will owe the amount of the check plus $20
2)Bounce a second check, the above applies, plus you will be have to pay by debit card, credit card, or cash in the future
