As I am studying Louie Simmons' excellent book, Westside Barbell Book of Methods, I am extremely impressed his knowledge and insights about training. We are doing our best to implement his ideas into our training to enhance our CrossFit capabilities. Here we are using FlexBands to give a lot of help at the start of the lift, then gradually less & less as the lift is completed. Renee, being the good sport she is, volunteered to try this for the first time today. She did a grerat job!
