Okay, now that you're almost done with De-Load Week, make sure you are well-rested for next week.
During the de-load cycle week cut back on volume, loads, etc. but on over-load cycles we we increase it above what you normally do, and that is plenty hard already.
For those in the "Strong & Lean" Body Transformation Contest, this will be a huge advantage for you! Take full advantage of it and hit it hard and consistently!
Remember the pullup requirements for this event and put extra work into the exercises I recommended to you and you'll do fine.
This week will also help those preparing for the "Dirty Foot Adventure Run" which is 5K in length and has 30 obstacles on June 9.
I am proud of all of you for rising to the challenge!
