Get Cave Strong–featured workout for March Posted on March 27, 2013
Most of the workouts I post here are short, intense WODs, amraps, and met cons.
Once a month I will feature one of our underground Strength workouts, which usually take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete.
Here’s the March workout:
Soft tissue work/foam roller x 3 minutes
Warm-up
Battling Ropes x 3 minutes
Travelling push-ups x 100 feet
Inch worm x 100 feet
Misery Crawls x 100 feet (from New Warrior Training )
Workout
Vertical wall walks x 5/4/3/2/1
Recline rope rows (feet on bench) x 10/8/6/4
Bandido squats x 50
Soft tissue work/foam roller x 3 minutes
Super set thick rope KB curls/skull crushers x 15/12/9/6 reps each exercise
Run x 800 meters
Sandbag get-ups x 10
Stretch/soft tissue work/foam roller as needed
