Your training goals & dedication

This week I'll be talking with each of our people about their training goals and how serious they are about achieving them. Those who want more help will get it. Priority will go to those who I see as being the most coachable and dedicated. By that I mean those who take my advice seriously and implement it on a consistent basis. This includes regularly attending strength-based classes like Strongman 101, Underground Strength, and Power Lifting. Anyone not doing that already needs to "wake up" because they are limiting themselves. Metcons and AMRAPS will not do the job by themselves.
