Bud Jeffries had this to say about our upcoming event,
"Come to the most innovative and ground breaking strongman seminar
you've ever been to. Taught by world champions, world record
holders and strongmen - Bud Jeffries and Scott Weech. This seminar
will cover old time strongman and historical strongman training and
implements as well as new school competitive strongman training and
integration of multiple other sport purposes.

Covered will be barbell, partial rep training for super strength as
well as strongman. Also odd object lifting, logs, rocks, barrels,
thick bars, yoke walk, farmers walk, sled dragging, tire flipping,
steel bending, hammers, maces, clubs and how to train all these for
both maximum strength, muscle and an incredible level of super
fitness most people have never thought of.

During the day we'll do unique workouts that no one has ever seen
before. Come and learn more than you ever thought possible from
this unique style of training that everyone is doing, but no one

Strongman

He’s been called the modern-day Paul Anderson. Maybe that’s because he has squatted 1,000 lbs. with just a belt from the bottom position of the rack. (If you’ve never tried bottom position squats it’s a whole lot harder.)

He’s pressed over 300 lbs, done a situp with 400lbs and I could go on and on.

But you know he’s not just all brute strength. In fact he has incredible endurance too. We’re talking about thousands of reps in pushups, squats, kettlebells swings and much more.

Even that just scratches the surface.

He’s a man who has taken all kinds of training and combined them together. Really taking the best of all tools and methods to build super human strength and endurance.

He’s just launched a new site to help teach you how he’s done this all and how you can to.

Strongerman Productions website

This will be one site you should be sure to pay attention to.

Check it out now and be sure to sign up to grab the brand new interview.

You’ll find out how Bud has lost 100 lbs. How he continually combines building maximum strength along with conditioning, with sample workouts, and tons more details.

I know Bud personally, and recommend his training resources very highly!

P.S. Definitely check out his Twisted Conditioning to discover how you can really get on the path to both incredible strength and endurance.
