Just completed the Battling Ropes Instructor Cerftification

Wow! What a grueling 2 days! John Brookfield is definitely one of the best coaches around. What a vast amount of knowledge he has about training.
There are only a couple of instructors in the state of Florida that are certified in this system.
There will be a lot of rope training going on at our gym in the near future! So get ready!
