Trent had a strong day (again) hitting 245lb back squats for 5 reps.
He just missed completing 3 full sets, but made great progress and set yet another personal record today.
Just last August his best squat was about 150lb for 1 rep.
Congratulations to Trent!

shooting for 280lb back squat
This was a tough workout for me.
I'm almost to bodyweight plus 100lb on the back squat.
The set up before each lift was a bit long. I'm using the high bar position here until my shoulders and chest get more flexible and allow me to get fully into the low bar position.
I believe I can squat more eventually with the low bar position.

missed a lift, then got a personal record next
I was pretty tired from when Friday night rolled around, but was determined to get my workout in.
You see, Wednesday I had done my heaviest deadlifts ever, and Friday I was lifting heavy again.
During the workout I got stuck at the bottom of a 255lb front squat and had to dump it.
I rested a few minutes, then came back and got it, thank GOD!!!!
Did one last rep, with a little less weight, then wrapped it up.
Woo Hoo! You gotta love this stuff!
